Subscribers’ names and emails addresses are collected to distribute promotional songs, newsletters and other material that Ritchie Petersen releases.

Website Users credit card details, who choose to purchase musical material, are transacted through Ritchie Petersen’s PAYPAL business account. These credit card details are handled by PayPal and are NOT made available to Ritchie Petersen.

Comments and metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so they can be recognized and approved for any follow-up comment automatically, instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

If you have a subscription on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data held about you, including any other data you have provided to us.
